We will be performing an upgrade of our production database system in order to take advantage of newer features for increased performance and reliability. Motive's Consumer sites will be down for all customers as well as the Admin portal. Users will see an error page during this time. The update is expected to take about 30 minutes, but we are planning for an hour in case it's slower than expected.
